Our next Fremont chip is this 8th issue 50 center, N1635, released in the 1980s.

For me, this is one of those 'happy' chips. Playful artwork, bright color, etc. The guides make reference to 2-3 other variations of this chip - involving letter size and shading, SCV vs. LCV, and the color of the 'F' on the bill of Fremont Freddie's hat. This is the black 'F' variation, the tougher to find. I still need the others.
