I think I have seen it undrilled before, but I'm sure I would have snatched it up so I can't be sure. I've only seen it in any condition a time or two. As you state, harder to get than the rarity guides or values would suggest.

In any case, a very sharp looking chip-- I really like the colours, and I don't have a HHL $20, so from a mold standpoint I want it as well .
