To answewr your question - yes it is rather rare. I picked up a stack of them when I was there a few years ago. I got them right out of the box at the cage - they were brand new. I don't know if they ever got on the casino floor or not. Another chipper saw my post and went there a month or so later and was told that they had all been destroyed. I do have a few left and available for $10 delivered.
