Something similar was actually discussed 10 or 11 years ago. The Old Chicago Casino in Cripple Creek was available for $750,000. The selling price included all gaming equipment, restaurant and bar equipment, furniture, everything! It was a turnkey operation. I think it would be very cool to see a casino owned and operated by chip collectors!
