We stay with the Flamingo in Las Vegas for today's chip, which is the 8th issue $.50 chip, N4133, released in 1971. Released 4 years later than yesterday's popular black inlay purple chip, it is interesting that this one is almost a negative visual image, being white inlay and black denom on the similar purple HCE chip.

Upon reflection, I suspect that this design turbulence and the creative inspiration for these nicely colored chips could be from the 1967 release of the song likely sung by these chip designers as they worked their magic:
