After all, I was eventually in receipt of a PayPal payment.
I was just tired of looking at the bubble mailer on my desk for two months.
I can't really say the first TWO payments were never mailed as we have all had an issue at one time or the other with the USPS. I can say that I have my doubts and the sometimes things just don't add up.
Enough was enough.
