It is really nasty to eat food while playing poker in most poker rooms. Not for the lead issue alone but the grime on the chips as well. I think you are much more likely to get Rhino Virus from the chips than lead poisoning, but it is probably not too wise to put any chip in your mouth... you might get one lodged in your throat and choak to death.
