I'm not sure what to call them (elks) but they are rare and a part of Vegas History and very collectible. To me that is good enough to be put in any book whose purse is to aide chip collectors.

Of course personals are out but the Nelle Ashby, although a personal meets the: rare, part of Vegas History and very collectible criteria. I would, therefore, also include the Nelle Ashby. Obviously many if not most would disagree.
