The cancellation of conventions and business meetings has cost local resorts 111,800 guests and 236,700 room nights and untold amounts of casino betting; the $131.6 million figure represents non-gambling spending only.

I guess if we are able to fill our block at the convention we may be in a stronger bargaining position for next year... Although I suppose 500 room nghts is still pretty small potatoes compared to 236,700. (disclaimer: I do NOT know how many room nights we are obligated to fill)
