Now if I can remember the important insert stuff we'd be in great shape!

I had the file in my "Must Go With" folder that I send to the printer. But there was a change so I took it out and placed it in my "In Progress" folder. Once the changes were approved, I never moved in back to the "Must Go With" folder. Guess I need a "Double Check Everything ya Dope" folder also! :-)
