Chip was made for the 1991 movie "Pretty Hattie's Baby". Due to financial problems, the film was never completed or released. IMDB.com link:

What is interesting about this prop chip is that it is an actual casino chip with a sticker of the fictional casino placed over the inlay. The chip under the sticker is a $5 chip from the Nevada Lodge. TCR #N5375 - "D" - $10 to $14.
