Amendment 1 refers to the CC&GTCC and not to its members. This amendment in no way refers to any activities that you as an individual may undertake, but, rather, governs the transfer of Club assets by the Club itself.

Amendment 2 is a replacement to the existing section of the Constitution listed as Article 5: Membership, section E. There is, then, no conflict.
