The small casino has a bunch of slot machines (TITO only and no player's card) and a poker room with 2 tables. The poker room is the only place they have the chips. They have an unmanned cashier's window and they don't keep any chips there. The poker room opens Thurs-Sun in the evenings at 6:30pm for a 2-table tournament. The tournament fills up quickly and the customers are the same group of customers week after week -- all locals (they are playing for points that get you a freeroll, or a prize or something).
IF and ONLY IF they get enough players to start a cash game afterwards will they bring out the value chips ($1, $5, $25) for one of the wildest NL games you've ever seen. Lots of chips flying everywhere, lots of cash getting thrown in the pot. Quite a spectacle. The chips are controlled by the poker room - you purchase and cash out with the poker room staff.
One more note, they have a self-serve beverage station for coffee and soft drinks and the cocktail waitresses are continually walking around getting people drinks. Probably the best (and friendliest) service I have had in Nevada.
