Rich, That's neat stuff. I've done some of that same type of searching for designs on old poker chips. Here in Cincinnati, the Library has a complete set of the old patent books and I have found chip related stuff going back to the 1880s. Designs for a Spalding Co. and of course US Playing Card Co. I guess the tobacco companies had some neat promo items back in day. I might have found myself buying a lot of tobacco to get the baseball cards and poker chips back then.
