This morning, I accepted a deposit to cater a wedding for 250 guests on 6/27. I was procrastinating about accepting a deposit for another event on 6/26 (kinda hoping the 6/27 party WOULDN'T happen, lol), but if I'm in for the first, I may as well do the second.

For my own selfish reasons I hate the June Convention dates. That month alone counts for about 1/3rd of our business. It is hard to walk away from that.

Maybe one year I'll catch a break, but man, I am bummed today.
