The software right now only works on the 15/16" size. I'm looking into modifying the software in our next version to handle the 1" or 1.25" labels, but right now it's only one size. We have templates for drink tokens in the software since a lot of people are doing things like that with the chips.

The larger size labels you may be able to get some sort of template from the vendor you buy them from (.eps file or .doc or something) but it wouldn't be for the ... how did you put it... computer illiterate folks.

I know the last thing you need is more chips, but the best solution for the biker bar may be to pick up a few hundred of the dice chips that are cheap enough and work well with the 15/16" sticker.
