I only hope that you are right but with disappointment after disappointment on new projects and sales of older properties, at best I can only remain cautiously optimistic.

When Revel finally opens which i'm sure it will, I hope it doesn't become a bitersweet victory by them siphoning off business from the smaller properties and forcing them under.
The closest property to Revel is of course the Showboat but it will also leave the Trump Marina sort of sandwiched between Revel and the Borgata.
As it stands, The Marina already showing its age has enough problems without more competition close by.

Unfortunate as it is, at present and for the near future expansion can have both a positive and negative effect on all of A/C
