I can see why we have not seen anyone get any of these chips. I took a trip to Marquette,IA to the newly named Lady Luck and must say that has to be the dumpiest riverboat I have ever seen. It was a 4 hr trip each way and they only had 2 tables open. I'm not a big Blackjack player, but I didn't have a choice. I didn't do to badly. These are the winter hours and the only reason they had some tables open early was because it was 3/3 & S.S. checks. Weekends they have better hours and maybe more people. They did not give me a hard time to get chips, but I'm sure they must of thought I was crazy. On my way up there I must of missed a turn as I looked in my rear view mirror compass and I noticed I was heading North and I should of been going West. So I looked at my map to see the quickest way back to route 18 I needed to be on. Boy was that a mistake.
. This road had more turns and ups and downs and snow and ice, due to it not melting. I stayed in the middle of the road and said what other fool would be coming the other way. Anyway I made it back to the road I needed to be on and got these chips. Chips are all in excellent condition and why wouldn't they be, with the winter hours they have had.
They said the casino reopened as Lady Luck 12/10/08.
