In an interesting twist it seems that Trump Entertainment Resorts does not actually own the names of it's three casinos, According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the names Taj Mahal, Trump, Trump Marina, Trump Plaza and Trump Taj Mahal all legally registered trademarks of Donald J. Trump as an individual and not to any corporation.

So what does everyone think? Will The Donald force his hand and make Trump Entertainment Resorts change the names of their two casinos
(I say two casinos because the Trump Marina is in the process of being sold.) following the expiry of whatever licensing agreement Donald Trump and Trump Entertainment Resorts has previously arranged. On the positive side if there is a name change that just means more new chips for us.
