Also found at the local Antique Faire, these pull tabs. Please note the "NEVADA CLUB" across the top, but no other reference to location. I doubt these are actually related to the "Nevada Club"s of Nevada, and are probably just labled that way to give a "Nevada gaming" association to the pull-tab.

Anyone more familiar with this item?
