This is what I use with my 2 1/2 X 2 1/2 Mylar cardboard flips. I got them at K-Mart for less than $10.00. I bought the packs of clear sheets at Staples for a few bucks. I am sure this is not the quality binder you are wanting but it has served my purposes really well. Here are 3 different shots of it. It zips up and keeps my chips safe.
