I have a few others, and have seen other slight variations also. Not that many, maybe a dozen to 15 different. Some were on hat & cane mold.
These just have a smooth sticker on rather than a proper inlay.

I also have a few that Dave Whalen, Bill Eichorn and Sam Heppler made (at different times), while 'practising'.
These vary from smooth stick ons to cross hatched inlays.

Borland himself did make 'presentation boards' not dissimilar to yours containing one chip from each casino of the same denom.
I am aware of them existing for $100, $500, both $1000 and both $5000 (ie 6 different) although I dont own them all.
