Here is the 20 and 25 side by side. The dealers at the Baccarat table weren't even aware of the 25 dollar chip. I went home to comfimed it existed and when I did I went back to Caesar's with a picture. I was talking to a dealer at the mini Bac table and she told me they were in the high roller room on the Blackjack table.
Amazing dealers in the same room have no clue what is going on at the next table.
