Yes, the term "whizzed" has been extracted from the numismatic hobby... which is what chip & token collecting is a part of ... (numismatics).
Casino chips and gaming tokens are substitutes for money ... which is why the is a member club in good standing of the American Numismatic Association (one of THE largest ANA clubs) and why numismatic publications such as Numismatic News and Coin World accept classified ads for casino chips and gaming tokens in their weekly newspapers.... and not in Car Driver or Hot Rod magazine.
Frankly, I don't care if C&S collectors buff, grind, sandpaper, steel wool, their crest and seal chips down to the size of a quarter. Maybe your group of C&S collectors can come up with another pleasant and less objectionable term for what you are doing ...(which I will admit does improve the overall appearance of your C&S chips).
