Actually, no; the higher denoms came first (somewhere in the 2005-6 range), and were discontinued by BR Pro; then through the magic of chiptalk.net and its mighty group buy power, ABC/Lynbark picked up the banner and created the lower denom add-on set sometime in 2007ish.
