It's part of a restaurant, and is intended only to be a temporary fix while the Aruban rebuilds the old Royal Cabana structure. Of course, due to money issues, that rebuild is temporarily on hold. In fact, the Aruban supposedly just canned its marketing department due to the economy and I have read that many of the timeshare units are supposedly unsold, being used instead as hotel rooms. I am no longer counting on a new casino in the Royal Cabana location anytime soon.
