it wasn't the same ones being deployed on repeat rotations. Our troops are tired, stressed out, and being used. Suicides are up, mental health is a real problem and recruiting is suffering. The fact is we can not in good conscience continue to ask the few to carry the burden of us all. I know a few will say this is what they volunteered for. Well it isn't. When is the last time anyone looked at the "enlistment and re-emlistment bonus these young men (and unfortunately women) are having waved in front of them? if you really feel for our troops there are only two things to do. Bring them home or bring our troop strength up to what is really needed. Anything less is tragic manipulation of our youth.
