Steve, FYI, I owned a set of these chips at one time and one of the reasons you might see differences is because the chips were hand made.
The edge spots in all the chips I had were pieces of white tape that were glued on and the logo's were decals.

I know that the chips I had were the real deal and not re creations as I got them from someone that worked on the set as the film was being made
