These are the $1 chips with the new light blue swirly flower design on them that were released in July 2008 when the casino changed its name from the Alton Belle to the Argosy Alton, Alton, Ill.

These chips are a little dirty and have some wear and tear on them so I'd be willing to trade them 1 for 1 for a $1 trader that I don't already have yet.
