I have gone through the same dissapointment that you have regarding eBay. It is no surprise that their stock has dropped to all-time lows. eBay has become too big and bloated, and it has lost what attracted me to it when it started. All of the fees are too high, including PayPal, especially for small items. You cannot search for items or sellers as before. Chip sellers and buyers need to find alternatives.
