Ruben, the Caribbean Casino Chip Guide has a page on the Jaragua, but it does not have your chip. It has a $1 chip from the same series, though. I guess this means that there are not a lot of your chip around, but I'm no expert on the Dominican Republic's chips. Here is the link:
