The chips are all antique and listed in Dale Seymour's book Antique Gambling Chips. The values can vary mostly by the condition of the chip. Factors that lower values are nicks, burns, oxidation, and loss of ink, and the economy does not help either. Dale had two editions of the book. The first edition in 1985 shows the approximate year the chip was first made. The second edition in 1998 is the most current with the values but the book is over 10 years old and the values of the chips in nice condition like yours seem to be increases as more people discover and begin collecting antique chips. All of the chips in your scans were valued E $6 to $7 each in 1998. Many of the dates in the '85 edition were taken from catalogs from the original chip manufactures and they reflect the "earliest KNOWN record" but the chips may have been made over several years. The designated Seymour codes and the dates from his 1985 edition for your chips are as follows: BEEHIVE PB-BD circa 1896 * DOG HEAD PA-CD circa unknown c1900 is fairly safe * FLUSH HAND PC-LW c1900 * ROSE PL-HV c1900 * STOP MONKEYING PC-RJ c1907 I might be interested in some of the chips but please remember, the chips sell for less in quantities as was stated earlier.
