I have the following $1 Tropicana Card Room chip.
It is much better looking than the scan makes it out to be, however, I am having a bit of trouble assigning a value to it.

In the 3rd issue of C&W, it is listed as an R-9 chip with values of 400-600-800.
Can someone with the new 4th issue tell me what the updated rating and values are ???

Also, I have seen this chip selling for a lot less... why?
