chip that year: According to "The Official U.S. Casino Chip Price Guide" (4th Edition), the 'regular' Halloween chip issued that year is worth $15 in new condition. The error chip (of which apparently there are only 2-3 known) is listed as 'skeleton on both sides' and is the one worth $2,000.
