They have no idea how many players used so they should just give it up already and stop singling out individual players, test going forward and get back to baseball. IMHO, why punish the few for what many did. They should have tested, disclosed results and enforced it. Now to deal with it years later is ridiculous. Test and enforce the rules and get back to baseball.
