NCR Any lighter collectors out there? Looking...
for info on this lighter. It is 6 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide and unmarked as far as manfacturer. On the bottom it says Japan. On the back it says "For Our Matchless Friends". Initials below the mask are ACA. Any help would be appreciated.
