I purchased this today at a local flea market. In case you can't make it out, in the bottom right hand corner there is a stamp that says "Except for drinks in New Jersey". It is marked 1971, Playboy Clubs International, Inc. It is in MINT condition, never been folded, all corners are square. Bought it for $5.00.
