is there 2 variations of this chip? I bought mine at the convention last year for 7 bucks and I see this chip on ebay all the time with a BIN for 7.50 or 7.99 and its re listed again and again...yet I see people asking 20-50 bucks for it..seen a dealer wanting 50.00 for it last year. What Gives?
