I went down to Binions to get my picture with the Million Dollar Display (the new one, not the old one). They give you a coupon sheet with the normal 2-1 drinks, $10 match play but have just added a $25 for $20 promo. Take the coupon to the club desk, then the cage and get 5 NCV-5 chips for $20. Probably a limit on the number you can get at once or in a month, don't know about that...
