of your posts & think that one idea is excellent -- your suggestion to put a link on the club's website during the "call for nominations" that would take you to the responsibilities of each officer. Yes, it's in the By-Laws, but as you noted, if you don't know where to look, it's not easy to find.

Another suggestion would be to contact the person that currently occupies that position. I spoke with Ralph about the job of membership officer...and accepted the nomination anyway!! The truly great thing is is that if you do choose to run & you do get elected, and if you feel overwhelmed, your predecessor will help just as Ralph did (and continues to be there with answers if I need him).
