I'm assuming you have windows, if you have a real computer, Mac, you have Iphoto which is all you need.
there are other free programs like GIMP, IrfanView...and "cheap" programs like ACD Systems FotoCanvas, ArcSoft PhotoStudio, Corel PhotoPaint, JASC paint Shop Pro, MGI Photo Suite, ULead PhotoImpact, Kai's and others...but Picasa is as good for free.....

After that you have PhotoShop Elements around 80 bucks, free with many printers, scanners and cameras
