Adelaide, South Australia has just had it's 2nd hottest day on record & the hottest day for 70 years!!

Yesterday we hit 45.7C or 114.26F!!!

The hottest day ever recorded in Adelaide is 46.1C or 114.98F & even though the forecast is for 44 today they reckon the record will be given a shake. And to make sleeping fun the low last night got down to a chilly 33.7C (92.66F)

And it just keeps going......the next 7 days forecast........

and just for interests sake the hottest day ever recorded in Australia was 53C (127.4F)!!!

So my plan is to keep on the air-conditioning, find a friend with a pool & drink lots of cold beer!! not that we need an excuse for the cold beer!!
