I, unlike the 5 former secretaries of state under Nixon, Ford, George H.W., Clinton and George W.; who advised the next administration that Gitmo should be closed... still strogly feel that the institution should not be closed... and, if closed, those inmates should then simply be transfered to other institutions under US/NATO command in order to continue whatever process that was in place while they were at Gitmo.
