I guess my question concerns bidding on ebay, without having paypal. Ebay seems to discourage this on the part of sellers and buyers. With 2 or 3 hundred positive comments in my favor re transactions from the past, and no intention of getting involved with paypal, what is my current bidding status? Are dealers required to take paypal only? Thanks for any info on this. Also, I believe I read somewhere that a consumer action group in Australia caused ebay to rethink it's "paypal only" policy there.
