With my bet on the turn I have 3,000 invested in the pot. When he reraised me I felt that I was toast but it was only 2400 more for me to call with top pair. If I hit anything he is dead and gone.
I had the chips. Would I have done the same thing with less chips?....hell....I wouldn't even have been in the hand to begin with!
Less chips=no play. Folding in this spot with my chips is a wimp play. I am there to gamble and play cards....not play chess. I was about a 3-1 dog after the flop and getting the right(or at least close enough)odds to call.
Would do it again in a heartbeat if the situation was the same.
