I bought a total of 10 sets. When the chips arrived, the 25s were all trash. I mean TRASH. Most with big chunks missing from the rims, some with the hot stamp ring missing or partially messed up, etc. I emailed the seller, and he informed me that he just grabbed them out of the box, and didn't bother to look at them. He went on to tell me that the vast majority of them were in bad shape. He went through again, and hand picked the best 10. He said there a lot that were messed up, but he did have some, but not many that were good. I do know he has a lot of really bad condition nasty ones.

IMHO, the 1's and 5's might go down in value a tad, but the 25's will not have the value affected at all. In fact, it wouldn;t surprise me if the value of the 25s goes up in the new TCR from the 2004 edition.
