question / inquiry?? No...not really. Is it unethical to quote rarity from a "guide" which lists quantities when the seller is well aware that the quantities noted are incorrect -- in my opinion, most definitely!! We've all seen them -- an
seller quoting an older edition of a price guide(s) because the newer edition has down-graded the value due to a recent find or greater quantities known. And if you let them know of their "error", you get attacked by them. The nice thing is that there are some very knowledgable & well-informed people in this hobby. I've learned to ask them before buying!!
