There was indeed a State Line Club in Bainville, MT. Opened in 1937, but I don't know when it closed.

Our information ("The Gaming Table") indicates that the other side of these chips should bear the initials EC. The chips were ordered from Hunt & Co. by Emil Christianson, who was either the owner of the State Line Club or the gaming operator there.

Value? Given that there aren't that many collectors who specialize in Montana chips, I'd guesstimate them at about $15-$20 each.
