John Benedict posted that inscriptions in Muslim and Hebrew acknowledged God. I emailed him and he also added the Philippines. In checking these out the first one I checked was the Philippines:

The front side of the 500-piso banknote features the portrait of Benigno Aquino, Jr.. To the right of the banknote, there are two popular quotes from Aquino: "Faith in our people and faith in God" (under the flag at center), and "The Filipino is worth dying for".

I will continue to investigate the others but My conclusion is OFFICIALLY BUSTED! (See Below...)
