Bob Hope will meet that exception this Spring.
In Response To: The general rule for being on a stamp ()

I forgot about the being deceased rule, but I still think with Bush being one of the greatest wartime presidents that an exception should be made considering all the human life he protected both here and around the world since 9/11/01.
